FULFILMENT POLICY – ONLINE COACHING SERVICES

This Fulfilment Policy applies to all online coaching services provided by Creatr.One. By purchasing coaching services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Delivery

All coaching services are delivered online via Zoom. Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation email containing session details, access links, and any relevant materials. Additional resources such as worksheets, recordings (if applicable), or follow-up instructions will be provided digitally via email or our client portal following the session.

Booking and Scheduling

Individual sessions must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Coaching packages must be fully utilised within the usage period specified at the time of purchase (e.g., within 90 days of the first session). If a client arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect both parties’ commitments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within this window will receive full credit towards a future session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or credit. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of emergency. To cancel or reschedule, clients must contact us via Slack.

Refund Policy

All sales of coaching services are final once sessions have been delivered. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or partially used packages.

Exceptions and Modifications

We reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions to this policy in special circumstances. Additionally, this Fulfilment Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
